My brother in law called said me is getting this message once when installing Adobe update and once when rebooting his modem any ideas appreciated

32-bit?
Because that looks more like a XP address, I suggest it might be a nasty, therefore

If this is something that started happening only recently, then this would be a good case for using System Restore to roll back to a point before the problem started.

shoe--Corrupt files can often be fixed using SFC /SCANNOW from a command prompt.
