Feedback messages
Why ever, I wonder, do web site builders construct feedback systems that routinely deny a sender a copy of his message? (I send a complaint (or a compliment) to Yahoo for example. But I get to keep no record of my submission.)
Seems as if it would be so easy to copy the sender, yet almost no site does so. Strange to be so uniformly user-unfriendly. What am I missing?

I don't have an answer as to why they don't but, why can't you create your own record? (Printscreen, print-to-PDF, Notepad, etc.).

I agree, if you need a record of anything, just do an Alt+PrtScrn and paste the result into the image editor of your choice. Or if you use Windows 7 you can use the quick and easy Snipping Tool (just type "snip" into Start>Search).
Nick.
