    Link ~ Explorer threat?

Hope this falls into this category. Someone I know is doing volunteer work from a very well know organization. They have created a link in which to donate. When ever I try to access this link, Explorer closes saying this could be a threat. I was told by the party that no one they know is having the same problem.. Thanks

JBH1876--What is the exact error message? I assume you mean Internet Explorer. I could access

without a problem and Web Of Trust (WOT) did not think it was a threat.
Do you have more than one PC so you can another?

Now if that is IE 6 you are using, those errors are to be expected as a lot of sites do not valid for 6 and care less about that antique.

Disable the add-ons, they have been known to cause problems.

Reset to Default Settings is another option

I changed the DEP settings in Advanced. Added Internet Explorer to be excepted for add on..... restarted, does not work either.

I was hesitant, but I installed Google Chrome to see if it would correct the issue. Now the page opens..... CRAZY,

    You might try resetting IE.

In IE, click Tools > Internet Options ... > Advanced tab > Reset ... Select "Delete personal settings", click Reset, then restart IE and try your link again.
