Invisible start menu items
I had a bit of a virus incident earlier and after a good old mbam clean up I'm left with an odd issue.
All of the items were missing from my quick start toolbar, and about half the stuff is gone from my start menu. Everything is still installed and the files are in programme files.
When I start to add them back to the toolbar and the start menu, windows tells me an item with that name already exists, choose a different name. So it seems they are there, but not visible.
Any ideas? I'm on Windows XP build 2600 with SP2.
