    Stream TV from1 pc to another

    I have a pcwith a digital tv card (win 7 premiun).
    I want to stream the tv to the other laptops i have. Bothe have win 7.
    Can i do this with media centre?
    or other software?
    Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-UD2H AM3 motherboard
    16 GIG Ram,
    AMD FX 8350, 8 core
    2 x 1gig sata 3 ,,
    1 X 24" wide screen moniter ,
    2 x 17' secondary moniters
    1 x 21" secondary moniter
    Corsair Power
    Corsair Hydro cooler H 60
    1 x blueray burners
    Windows 8.1 x 64 Professional
