pop up screen
hi.is there a way to set my taskbar so i will not have that pop up when i move my mouse over any icon on my taskbar
look at the picture .
if there is a setting cant you explain to me how to fix that .thank

You can kind of get rid of them by setting a very long delay time before they appear. You need to do a Registry hack. Navigate to
HK_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
Then create a new DWORD (32-bit) value and named it "ExtendedUIHoverTime" without the quotes
Right-click on the newly created key, choose Modify and then set the time to some suitably large value.

i really thank you trying to help me .
but it is way to complicated for me to do .
i guess i will have to stick with it .
you see i did not have these popup before .
i just don't know what happen they just appear one day .
ha well it life .cant not win them all .is that possible that it was caused by a window upgrade .???????

They are a standard part of Win 7, you probably just didn't notice them before.

i only connect to window 7 to do all the upgrade. one time a month .
i using vista all the time .

The same instructions apply to Vista. It is quite similar to Win7 in its inner workings.
