The file structure on the disk is corrupt

I know I broke my New Years Resolution to stay out of the event viewer but this has been there for three days running. I've been getting the following in the event viewer the last 3 days. The file structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable. Please run chkdsk utility on the volume HP. I've ran check disk twice and it was OK,and I still get it. I also downloaded WD Lifeguard Diagnostics and ran the Smart Test and the Extended test and both passed with no problems. The computer is running great. Forgot to add I also checked the file system and it's OK. I get Ntfs Event 55 Task category (2). This is what it shows. Windows 7Pro 64 bit

Some of it is a little over my head but if I had something bad wouldn't the computer show some indication of not running right. Right now it's running like it always has fast and smooth. I reformatted on the 7th and this showed up on the 8th. It's the only thing listed in the Administrative events for today and that was this morning at 8:04 am. I haven't rebooted all day. That was 11 hours ago.

I had used windows defragmentor to de*** with. I installed my Perfect Disk 11 and did a boot defrag and then I de***mented the drive using Perfect Disk and then did a Smart Placement and since then the problem has been gone. This is the 2nd day without it showing up plus some other things disappeared also. Don't know why but as long as it's gone I'm happy.
