    Question - Let's say I go into safe mode and all is fine. In my mind that would mean there is a software or driver problem. Is that what it would mean to you as well?

    Actually I have my doubts that Safe Mode would make any difference. I think the next thing to try if it fails on Test 7 but passes on the others, would be to go to the BIOS Setup and load "Failsafe defaults", which should be the most conservative settings for all the hardware. Then run the tests again.
