    Freesat HD without box

    I am thinking of buying a Panasonic TV with Freesat HD tuner plus Freesview HD.
    Does this mean I will be able to watch Freesat HD when connected to my dish without an HD box?

    It does allow you to watch Freeview or Freesat (AFAIK, Freesat is just a superset of Freeview anyway, so there doesn't seem any necessity to connect to both).
