vertical view in opera mail 11.0

How do I set up vertical view where you can see message list and actual message side by side. On the left most side is your accounts with its folder ?

Also, how do I get send and receive icon on the menu bar to fetch mails.

Unlike Outlook, I don't believe there is a setting for viewing the Reading pane as: Right, Bottom or Off.

• change the layout to show message list only, message body only, or both message list and message body (default setting).
