Did you find these in Device Manager? If so- right click and selcect Uninstall.
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

That's a memory card reader. Do you have a card reader connected to the system? If you have a printer, does that have a card reader?
If it's a laptop, is there a card reader built-in?

No memory card reader, I'm thnking it might have been some software update that installed them.

Have you connected a Ricoh camera or other Ricoh hardware device at any time recently? No automatic software update should have installed those items.

It doesn't have to be a Ricoh-branded device either. Ricoh makes the reader chipset.

The only thing I've used is a ex-hard (USB) drive. But I've used it before with no problems.

Why do you want to uninstall these?
Maybe someday you'll get a card reader and then you'd be all set if you just left them there.
You can probably disable them if you feel the need.

The Studio 1750 should have a built-in cardreader, so almost certainly the entries are to do with that. Why do you want to remove them?

Are you sure that's a Studio 1750? Dell only goes up to 1749 in their Studio Laptops pulldown.
