Won't Restart
Windows 7 will not restart. It shuts down ok then hangs with the power lights but will not restart. I have to push the button to turn it off and then turn it on again and it starts up ok.
This is on an mSI netbook U160DX

If it has only just started happening, use System Restore to roll it back to before the problem started.

Since it's fairly new,
I vote to take it back to the vendor for exchange.
Cheers.

I agree. If it's new and not working right, it's defective. Make them fix, or replace it.

Tried that. The answer is it is a user created problem, you will have to pay.

What vendor? I assume you tried their support as well as MSI support?

If it exhibits the same problem immediately after doing a Factory Restore, it is defective.
