    web site connection problem

    I have a friend who can't connect to a web site from his home but can from work.
    Any ideas on what could be causing this? I know this is not alot of info.
    I can't even tell you what O/S he uses. Remembered something, he said he had tried IE and Chrome without connecting

    Sounds like a nasty to me.

    May need to download on a different computer then use a cd or memory stick to transfer then to the sick computer.
