    winfax pro 10.02 shuts down when trying to edit a phone number

    Using XP and Winfax Pro 10.02

    Whenever I try to edit a phone number, winfax pro shuts down. How do I edit my phone numbers?

    When was WinFax Pro last working? Was it working before the latest Microsoft updates were installed? Unfortunately, Symantec no longer supports WinFax Pro.

    I set up winfax pro this past week. Imported all phone numbers two days ago. Tried to edit a number today. Unable to do so.

    I am aware that Symantec no longer supports Winfax pro.

    What version of Windows are you using? I still think a Microsoft update released since Symantec WinFax Pro support ended may be the cause.
