[RESOLVED] Mp3 software problem

Hello all, lets start again, as i have not worded my question properly.

I have a problem downloading from Amazon.co.uk, Using Their Downloding program.

Problem, when it downloads, it comes down as a file i cannot open.
Said its my AV, or firewall, So I Disabled both in Norton, still the same problem. When i choose a program Windows Media Player to open, it says i am missing a Codec.


Now, as for Play.com, they sent me the MP3's in a ZIP file, i was able to Open them, Extract them to my Desktop, and Play them, no problem.
(Cannot open or play them within the Zip file, of course)

Hope i have cleared up the original question?? My fault.

P.S. The second part of General winters reply the wmp box is the fault that appears
