Toshiba Netbook Startup

[Coach17]

I have a Toshiba Netbook NB205 N325BN with Windows 7 Starter. It is taking three minutes and 15 seconds to boot up before I can do anything. I have run all the usual anti virus programs etc and everything appears to be clean. I have 2gb of RAM which I upgraded from 1GB.
I see under msconfig / start up there is quite a few things from Toshiba. I have attached a HIJACKTHIS log file to see if you can advise anything that does not need to be running.
Please advise and thanks in advance.

The GMER program ran but when it got to the end my desktop went blank and there was no file to save. My Netbook then restarted on it's own. Not sure what the issue is .
