    G-mail woes

    My wife is having problems with her g-mail account. It seems that almost every time she open it she is asked for her password, but gmail refuses to take it. She has to go through endless questions and enter endless code words and then, if she's lucky, she gets in. There's something going on here and since gmails support is very limited she can't find the problem.(it would be nice if gmail had a tech support phone number) Has anyone ran into this one, if so, how did you fix it. Thanks.

    When She finally gets in.. Has She tried Changing her password? Logs off then logs back in again:

    Have you tried clearing the Browser Cache,
    have you tried on a different PC?
    Different Browser? Opera instead of Internet Explorer, or Firefox even?
