    Deleting cookies

Hey guys here I go again with a problem. You all have helped me so many times in the past.
Anyway I don't think it's a serious problem but it agitates me that these cookies keep coming back.
They are: revsci.net and tacoda. Even Amazon and Dell have gotten in on the act.
I use Spyware Terminator among other scanners with Terminator running several times a day automatically.
These cookies show up and I delete them and they come right back regenerating as revsci.net[1] and 2 and so forth. They all do that.
I have even gone into the registry and deleted all the references to these things manually.
Is there anyway I can get rid of these completely? They don't show up on any of the other cookie and malware scanners such as Malwarebytes.
I really would like to see these things gone.
Thanks again for all the help you have given me.

jobo--Yes, those are not the best cookies.
There are several ways to not get them and not get many undesireable cookies in general.
    Here are some:
If you use Internet Explorer, Tools|Internet Options|Privacy tab|Sites|enter the names of sites from which do not want cookies. Then Tools|Internet Options|Privacy tab|Advanced|check to Block 3rd party cookies and check to Override automatic cookie handling.

Populate a HOSTS file with addresses of bad cookies.
This site offers to do that for you http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm

And here is some advice on removing revsci if you already have it
"To remove Revsci, you must first stop any Revsci processes that are running in your computerís memory. To stop all Revsci processes, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Windows Task Manager. Click on the "Processes" tab, search for Revsci, then right-click it and select "End Process" key.

To delete Revsci registry keys, open the Windows Registry Editor by clicking on the Windows "Start" button and selecting "Run." Type "regedit" into the box and click "OK." Once the Registry Editor is open, search for the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Revsci." Right-click this registry key and select "Delete."

Finally, to completely get rid of Revsci, you must manually remove other Revsci files. These Revsci files can be in the form of EXE, DLL, LSP, TOOLBAR, BROWSER HIJACK, and/or BROWSER PLUGIN. For example, Revsci might create a file like
%PROGRAM_FILES%\Revsci\Revsci.exe. Locate and remove these files.

Afterall, cookies are harmless. Just text files.
One of the reasons, some scanners like MBAM won't even bother...
