Alt key popping up the Start Menu
I recently noticed that pressing the ALT key pops up the Start Menu (I also notice that my Windows key doesn't do anything now).
I'm suspecting that the "Handicap" (Disability(?)) functionality was somehow changed / modified. the whole family uses this PC so it's entirely possible someone did it without realizing what they had done.
Can anyone tell me how to acess this and reset back? I know a couple years ago I changed something in there for hit keys multiple times when playing games.
Thanks!

I did some research on this and believe it may be related to an "Accessability" setting, but when I look in Control Panel, I don't see an "Accessability" icon.
How can I start "Accessability"?

You should find it in All Programs>Accessories>Accessibility.

One way is to click Start > Run, type in access.cpl and press [Enter].
