[RESOLVED] Where is the AppData folder?

Hi All, ............. I have a double boot system using Windows XP and Windows 7, Home Premium. I'm trying to reach the Profile folder in Thunderbird 2.0.0.24 of Win7. The path supposedly is: F:\Users\MyName\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird and I can't get past MyName. In looking at Indexing Options, I notice that the column under Exclude shows: ProgramData; Data; AppData; AppData; Windows and I'm not sure if the Index information is significant. So the basic question is where is the AppData folder?

It is a hidden folder. Set Folder Options to show hidden files and you'll see it.
