IE 8 Links Not Changing Color
Running IE8, Win XP SP3 and Google Toolbar with Google home page.
When I am signed into my Google account and clear IE8 history, cookies, etc, the purple visited search links remain purple. They do not change back to blue like they are supposed to do. However as soon as I sign out of my Google account the purple search links have properly switched back to blue. If I re-log back into my Google account they are purple again. in other words, Google seems to be preventing IE 8 from dumping the history files from within the Google account.
I have 3 computers. This works exactly the same on all 3 of them. So it must be a default action set by Google.
It wasn't always like this. I don't know how or when this happened. I have searched the Internet for hours looking for a solution. Nothing! There doesn't seem to be a setting in Google to turn such function on or off. I've even tried CCleaner and Glary Utilities. But they are incapable of cleaning IE history from the Google account.
Anyone else notice this? Any suggestions?

Try it and see if it works for you. If this works for you as well as it did for me maybe we should tell the whole world. This apparantly is a well kept secret.
