    Add and remove programs missing

I went in control panel add and remove programs and clicked on it.
    An error came up.

Application not found and a bit more about system 32.
    Any suggestions?

Seems there is something sinister going on here.
Spybot S&D was installed just now. When trying to open the program the same error came up

Malwarebytes and Superantispyware are much better than Spybot. If you weren't running proper antivirus and antispyware, you shouldn't have been trying to do repairs yet.

And if you need to there is SUPERAntiSpyware Portable Scanner.
You can run it from a CD/DVD or USB..
