    Recover unallocated space

    Hard Drive has C:and 2 particions D: E:
    E: was deleted and now in computer management shows 996 meg unallocated.
    HOw do i get the unallocated space back into C: space?

    2 x 17' secondary moniters

    Windows 8.1 x 64 Professional

    Third party partitioning software.
    e.g. Acronis Disk Director

    UBCD5 has Gparted. Link is in my signature.

    Easeus also has a free partitioner.

    I use EASEUS Partition Manager, cited above. You want to merge E and D, then take a little piece of D and add it to C.
