Issues with Galleria

I've been attempting to upload Galleria onto my website but am having lots of problems with getting it to work.

I don't know an awful lot about html and javascript but I have been following step-by-step instructions I found online but I can't seem to get anywhere.

I'd like my gallery to function something like this: http://monc.se/kitchen/stew/galleria/index2.htm

but unfortunately it only looks like this:
http://www.silvercowevents.co.uk/gallery3

I'm not too worried about the design aspect right now, I can try to work on that later but I'd be so grateful if someone is able to point out why my gallery isn't working as it should.

But I could not get what you have to work so I reworked it.
