[RESOLVED] Need some sort of 'Y' cable (mini-DIN 8 pin)

We have two desktop PC's and one monitor. We only want to use one keyboard and one mouse. Both PC's have mini-DIN 8 pin ports for the mouse and the keyboard.

We have a monitor that accepts both analog and digital cabling and the PC's have one of each so we have the monitor figured out.

Is there a 'Y' cable or a device (switchbox?) that we can use for the one keyboard and one mouse?

You're talking about a KVM.

They have a bunch at Newegg and different retailers. Some also include audio, but that's for you to decide.

I use one with my computers, but make sure the cables comes with it as the can be a $$$$ extra item.
