Hi All,

My first time in settings up a GAL (Global Address List) in Small Business Exchange Server 2008.

Currently we have multiple users using their default CONTACTS in Outlook 2003 and 2007.
We have had them standardizing their entries by category, company etc.

Now the question is what is the best way to MERGE these all into our new GAL, and what, if any settings changes should be made.

I am looking for a simple setup guide, which I have been unable to find thus far.
Plus feedback on your experiences with GAL, e.g. vs just a shared public folder are much appreciated.
