USB DRIVE
Anyone know of a anti malware program that I can install on a usb drive and use it to scan my entire computer?

Slim pickings from what I can see. Few a/v's and even fewer antimalware scanners can be run that way.
A possible alternative would be to run the ultimate boot cd on a bootable USB drive if your computer is capable of that..

but that would only give you two a/v programs and one malware scanner.
Clam a/v makes a portable scanner..
http://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/clamwin_portable
and it's generally thought of as being ok compared to other a/v programs.
It's often used on email servers.
