Regarding programs, you keep Malwarebytes and TFC, all others can go. Most of them don't install, so simply delete them.

Do I keep Avira running in the background or just Malewarebytes ???

Avira is your AV program. It has to be running.
If you have paid MBAM version, it can run in the background. It won't interfere with Avira.

Yes I have a paid version.

One thing that is odd, when I run Avira it shows 3 detections and also freezes.
Could these be keygens I have used or cracks ?????

Definately.
But you should be able to tell by what Avira reports.
For a few years now most keygens are trojans or exploits of some
sort.... easily 80-90% of them are infected.
