    Green Shadows in game

    Hey... When I play GTA San Andreas, the graphics are a bit odd. Specifically, everything to do with shadows seem to be messed up. Shadows are green and "splotchy", same with smoke. I know for a fact that this game used to work fine on my computer but after I reinstalled Windows XP, this issue came up. I have a NVIDIA Geforce 8600GT, which is more than enough to run San Andreas. I have a feeling that it has something to do with my video card settings through the Nvidia control panel since there really isn't much to change in-game. I have updated my video card driver but I still get the same issue.

    Any ideas?

    A couple thoughs.

    Is the fan and air channels on the card clean?

    Back down several versions of the driver. The newer ones maybe what is giving you the fits.
