    Resolved [RESOLVED] Explorer & Sprint

    Im having a problem with Explorer opening the Sprint billpay website.. never had this issue before... I was using Explorer 6 and had the problem. I went to Explorer 8 thinking this would help but it didn't... I can go to Sprint, but when I select billpay Explorer cannot connect....... Been like this for a week.......

    Have you tried Resetting IE8's settings to their default condition?
    Click Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab > Reset button and follow the prompts.

    This morning I did do the IE8 reset to default as suggested.. Thanks for the cure.
