I went to dslreports/test and here are the results:
Download speed =8297 kbs/s
upload 244kbs

I don't know what that means, but it seems to be a good speed; right?
So why is everything so slow?
In IE, there's a phishing on/off tab and wonder if that's why it slows down the connection to sites?
