    White House budget director blames old computers for ineffective government

    WHAaaat?? Do they mean to say that the Commodore 64's they are currently using are...are...are inadequate?? Why I never...!

    New computers would be nice if Washington had people smart enough to use them. Sometimes I wonder.

    Does that mean reducing the number of government employees since things will run more sensibly? ha ha
