    Can't use XP Mode?

    If you can't use XP Mode due to processor or other constraints, what you can do is go ahead and download XP Mode from MS, (you don't need the VPC download). then grab the free VMware Player.

    Install XP Mode. then install VMware Player, the Player can import and convert your XP Mode and fire it up.

    And viola!! You've got yourself a spiffy VM of XP SP3.
