Need IP info for my router?

I'm running XP Home on all of my PCs.

I got a new wireless router earlier this year when they installed U-Verse.
I bought a DVD player with Wi-Fi last week, but I don't know how to get the IP information for the router.

If I do a run\cmd\ipconfig, that's only good for that PC I'm on correct?

I used to have a D-Link and I remember that it had a dedicated ip address: 192.168.0.1.

Anybody familiar with setting up a DVD Wi-Fi, I'm not having any luck.

Also just a thought, my unit was W-Fi ready, so I had to buy (the rediculously priced) Samsung dongle ($79!!!!). Would a standard USB Wireless Network Adapter work? (looks like a USB Jump Drive). I'm assuming no, because I can't load drivers for it.

A make and model would help in finding if a manual exists.

Samsung 1590 (picked it up from TigerDirect for $99, even if I can't get the Wi-Fi to work, it's still a great deal)

If you run a ipconfig, the default gateway is the IP of your router.

Thanks, I have the user manual that came with it and followed the directions.
I tried the automated setup and the manual setup.
    Didn't connect.
I also looked it up on their site, to connect to my Lan. That didn't work either.

I don't remember if I used the Default gateway, but I'll try it again this weekend.
