    no board at games.com

Last night i tried installing zonealarm on my laptop. it went to the net all over no problem but when I went to games.com and tried to go to a room, there was no board but just a square with a broken link icon in the top of the square. i removed zonealarm, didn't help, set registry back a day then 2- no help. updated internet explorer5.01 SP2 - no luck. to 5.5 no luck..yahoo games no luck...updated to directx8 no luck.. Any ideas what could be causing this? All other computers I have tried work fine...laptopis P3 XE3 HP, 128 MB ram, 17GB HD only a couple of weeks old...just looking for ideas..thanks

Under 'tools'....'advanced', there are 3 settings involving 'Virtual machine enabling'....make sure they are checked. Also, you can try this download: http://support.ati.com/drivers/win98...7_directx.html
    Can't hurt, may help.
