[RESOLVED] VMware MD5 problem

I'm trying to download the trial of VMware Workstation 7. So far I've d/l'ed it about 12 times and still can't get the correct MD5 sum.

I've tried it from the VMware site several times in Windows 7 with Firefox (with and without dTa), then I switched to a mirror site at Softpedia and tried it in Vista with both Firefox and Opera. So far no luck.

I have d/l'ed VMware Player (both Win and Linux versions) with no problem. I've also d/l'ed some linux distros today with no problems.

I'd have thought that if VMware's site was having a problem then the mirror site would have solved it.

At this point any suggestions are appreciated.

Success! I tried FlashGet and that did it for me. On about the 15th try.....

BTW, on the Softpedia site, out of 6 reviews, 3 of them reported bad downloads.

Glad you finally got it. And yes, I've heard others complain about softpedia dn/loads also...
