How to print my auto corrects

Using XP and Word 2003.

I need to print my autocorrects. I have done some research, but cannot find a response which enables me to print the auto corrects.

Microsoft has a macro which will presumably do so, and microsoft says, in effect, use this macro. I do not know how to use the macro. When I click on tools ---> macro --->record new macro---->name----->Keyboard, nothing else makes sense.

I do not get to a point where I can even copy in the macro that Microsoft says will do the job.

There must be an easier way of doing this.

In Word, click Tools, Macro, Visual Basic Editor. When the VB editor window opens, click View, Code. Paste the code from Microsoft into the Code window. Then, on the Word editing window, click Tools, Macro, Macros, and select the macro to run.

Pasted the code in. Then do I save or name document and save?

When testing out new macros, I always save a copy of my document to a backup location with a different name before running the macro, in case the macro doesn't work as intended.

Sorry, you mis-understood me. Once I have pasted the code into the window, how do I get out of that window, without losing all that I have pasted? If I close the window, using the close button at the top right, I lose everything. I need to save this in some way, so that it will run.

Got it!! I clicked on save. Reduced my screen and then went to macros and run, and it worked.

There is a Save icon (looks like a diskette) that you can click, or click File, Save. The macro code should be saved as part of the document.
