[RESOLVED] Problems with Klite codec pack?
Latest ver 5.3. Installed it in my VM windows 7 install and movies refuse to play using classic media player. Anyone else had any issues with it?

Yes, it's the latest and it claims to be W7 compatible. I've uninstalled it for now.

Sorted... In WMP classic you need to open Options -> Internal Filters -> enable MPEG-2 transform filter.
Apparently because in W7 Microsoft has altered the way that the system installed codecs are used by the default player (WMP 12)
