    Web site software

    i am looking for a new site creation software. My old one has gone out of business and i cannot up date the original one i have which will not function on any IE above 5.5 :-(
    I need a wysiwyg drag and drop one, nothing special but with ftp ability and in the 30-50 $ range. Any suggestions?
