Malwarebytes or Spy Sweeper Pay for Version

I have the free download of Malware Bytes and I can't really tell if it's getting everything. I used to have Spy Sweeper which listed all the stuff it found.

Which "pay for" version is best?

And with Malware Bytes make for a good set.

One normally finds what the other does not.
I use both, free versions, and my AV program.
Plus a software firewall and a router between me and the internet.

Been free of nasties for years now.
