Cannot Install Adobe Flash on 64 bit IE

I am running Windows 7 64bit RC and when I try to load certain videos online, I get the message must install Adobe Flash Player. When I go to the Adobe download page I get a message saying that Adobe Flash Player support for 64bit browsers is coming "soon", but currently unavailable. I will soon be replacing W7 RC with Vista 64bit and then upgrading to W7 64bit with the upgrade option when W7 becomes available on the 22nd.

How do I make sure that I am using IE 32bit to avoid the Adobe Flash problem until Adobe gets their act together?
If life was simple then it would be no fun.

    Regards, Mike

I have no problems with flash player running under my Windows 7 RC 64bit. Have you tried to just download and then install it?

You can't change the IE to 32bit as it comes prepackaged.

I am pretty sure that I have tried downloading it and trying to install, but received the message of not supporting 64 bit IE. What is strange is that it worked fine for several months and only recently started giving me an issue. Since I don't view a lot of videos online, it was not a "serious" problem. Maybe this will clear itself up when I do the clean install / upgrade to W7 since it seems to be working for you.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Sure hope that doesn't happen to me. Like I said, it works fine on my 64bit. Perhaps after you upgrade to the full version, the fix will be there. I've also heard of other issues with the 64bit version of Windows 7, so when I upgrade, I'm going back to the 32bit version.
