DealAssistant.exe & oulwsv.exe
All of a sudden a dialog box pops up in the Systray (above the clock) asking me - Yes or No - to authorize adding these two *.exe files to startup programs. I can swear that I never installed either one.
Revo Uninstaller uninstalled DealAssistant (which it listed among programs), including everything with "dealassistant" in its name from the Registry. Yet its box keeps poping up every ten seconds or so, alternating now with another popup that reads something like "DealAssistant will no longer appear in Startup".
The folder DealAssistant is still present in C\Documents and Settings... and under properties shows its installation and modification time as 9:33 (about 45 minutes ago) and volume of about 1 MB, though its folder contains only a single file: DealAssistant.exe. It is not present in Start>Programs, nor Control Panel.
oulwsc.exe is a single file found in C\Documents and Settings...\Microsoft Windows (?!). Highlightig and deleting it manually is unsuccessful as I am informed that "it's being used by another person or program".
It's gettting late now, tomorrow I'll do two things if the nightmare continues: run my Avast and try to find something about these rascals on line.
If anyone has other suggestion, they are more than welcome.

Thank you, Train!
The download of Superantispywaew was easy; during its installation a nother small box popped up and informed me that it blocked the installation of Superantispyware. This never happened before.

Install Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware in safe mode first.
Be sure to update it before running it though.
Then try installing Superantispyware again.

SAS just finished (it took 1:53!), yet I was patient, as advised. While idling during scan, I manually uninstalled both offenders - in Safe mode it was simple!
SAS is terrific, looks like it was designed by real professionals. Not only it does its job, it looks very good: clear appearance, no unnecessary self-advertising gimmicks, nice grafics. And your instructions are superb!
I will continue now with gmer and Hijack This , then copy all logs and post them.
Thanks a million!

Now I reached the bottom of your instruction. Unfortunately, I didn't save the original log file of SAS and I couldn't find it in neither of two places you gave, neither by following the pathways, nor through Start>Search. I attached the other two (28 pages of Notepad!).

Now that .doc is a bit of a problem.
Open the Gmer in notepad go to format and uncheck wordwrap.
And then split it across several posts. That wordwrap makes it real hard to figure out.

I am amazed, Train.
Do you ever sleep?
On Sunday, you analyzed 28 pages and posted your suggestions. I did not check all af them. just ~10 or so. Some open a blank page, some inform me that "page cannot be found". Those which worked usually offered to download some *.zip files, yet I do not want to do anything without your explicit advice. So, please spend another few minutes on me and explain - why (what for) should I download anything.
TIA,
Y

I will let a couple other folks do the analysing, they know more about it and post what you need to do. But I am trying to get things where they can read the posts.
We do have folks that will not open attachments to post. And can not really blame them either.

I am not sure...
I unchecked wordwrap. The text is rearranged now. If I understood evething correctly, you'd preferred me to copy and paste gmer log file in the body of the post, rather than attach it? Like this
