Server 2008 Task Scheduler

Is this the right spot for Server 2008 questions??

In the Server 2003 Scheduled Tasks, I could click on Advanced and there were options to pause the task scheduler and to stop using it. I can't seem to find this option in Server 2008. I have a need to pause the task scheduler, which allows all the running tasks to complete, but not run again.

I have not found any info on how to do this either. Maybe M$ decided to remove that option.
