    Resolved [RESOLVED] Raid Event Monitor

    I have this item Raid Event Monitor in my start up when I do msconfig. I have only one hard drive in this computer so do I need to have this starting up?

    It's part of the Intel Application Accelerator app. You can uncheck it in Msonfig if you like, it's not important.

    That's what I thought but wanted to make sure. I didn't know what Raid was until I read up on it, and I'm not using Raid, so I could see no reason to run it at start up. Thank you for your response and have a great evening.
