    Just tried step number 1 from two posts above and got the following.



    Microsoft Windows [Version 6.0.6002]
    Copyright (c) 2006 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

    C:\Users\marc>sc delete mcdbus
    [SC] OpenService FAILED 5:

    Access is denied.


    C:\Users\marc>



    That's a direct paste of what I got in that dos type window.
    Any ideas on what I should do now?
