IE 32 or 64 bit?

If you are using Vista 64 bit, what IE browser do you use the most, 32 bit or 64 bit? Be interesting to know and why.

I mostly use 64-bit, as no plug-ins will work with it, therefore it should have a bit of extra security. For sites that I know will require some kind of plug-in, I use Firefox or IE 32-bit.
