Photos From A Slideshow CD To Printable CD

A friend of ours had wedding photos taken by someone who put them on a CD as a photo slide show. The lady wants to be able to make prints from the CD and I was wondering if the slide show CD can be made into a regular CD or if that is even neccesary. I do not know the type of files they are. Do I dare ask the next question. Can this CD somehow be converted to be used on a Windows computer?

First thing I'd try is to attempt to explore the CD with Windows Explorer.

I forgot to mention the Pictures are from an Apple computer. The photographers computer crashed so I will have to wait to try your suggestion.

Set your computer to show extensions, if you can not see the pictures and we might be able to guide you to a program that can if you post the extension(s).

The photographer that took the pictures said the computer crashed and it is being "repaired". I hope the shop is able to retrieve the pictures or all this is a moot point and the bride will be one dissappointed person. I'll let you know what happens. It might be a week or so before I get to see the computer.
