    [NEW] Billy Mays Caps Lock

    This is one of the oddest little apps I've seen. If you live in the US and own a TV, you've seen Billy selling many things in recent years. He passed away this past week and this has to be one of the strangest tributes I've ever seen to someone.

    The developer, John Haller is well known for his great website, PortableApps.com. So it's a safe program to run.

    I'm sorry Billy passed away so young, but I've seen enough of him on TV so I'll pass on the Billy Mays caps thingy.

    Billy Mays was the single most irritating person in the history of television. I'm sorry he died but you couldn't pay me to watch a tribute to him.
