Not able to install

Hello all, i downloaded Bluesoleril from Here>> http://www.bluesoleil.com/download/...

I downloaded it and it ran ok. It came up with a New Updated version, so i ran it. And somewhere along the line i made an error.

So installed/uninstalled it a couple of times, but, i cannot install it. (NO Error message)

I have ran System Restore a number of times, each time i go further back, it will not restore.

Any ideas, thanks, GEP

Can you find the associated folder in C:\Program Files? If so, Delete the folder structure and try installing again.

Hello Tropicalbound, have got rid of all, even had a look in the reg, still no luck.
I have even tried system restore.

gep--You say System Restore will not restore. Try running System Restore in Safe Mode. And/or turn your Firewall off when running System Restore. (If you turn the Firewall off, turn the internet connection off as well.)
Another approach is to run Revouninstaller to see if it can still find any left over pieces.

Hello Welshjim, tropicalbound and all, did a system restore in Safe mode (brain dead, as i should have known to do this already) it worked, so uninstalled the old version through add & remove (programs/features) it completely removed ALL traces. I then tried and tried to install the latest version, will not, does not give a error message, nothing.

I think the answer lies in that the trial has finished, and i may need to purchase it??? I was trying to locate a similar program than BlueSoleil 6, but, cannot find one.

Anyway, have sent an email to the company, see what they suggest.

Hello all, got given this to help install blue soleil.

Can anyone tell me how and where to type in this on my computer.
path: IVT_BlueSoleil_6.4.269.0\install\x86

It asked me to install it to C:, or D:
It is already on C: and D: is my Back-up

The setup.exe file mentioned should be in a folder called IVT_BlueSoleil_6.4.269.0\install\x86 . And if you cannot find that, run a Search to find IVT_BlueSoleil_6.4.269.0 .
