Hijackthis log: CoolWWW, Mediaplex, DoubleClick

Hello,
I ran a spybot scan today and it found three things...CoolWWWsearch.toolband, MediaPlex, and DoubleClick. With spybot, I was able to remove the mediaplex and doubleclick, but only a couple of the Coolwww problems. I read the forum about posting hijackthis logs, updated Windows, and ran superantispyware, malwarebytes, gmer, and hijackthis. My only problem came with gmer. I tried it twice, and it scanned the system for about 5 minutes, then a blue screen popped up saying that the system had to shut down to prevent computer damage. But I do have the remaining scan logs here. Thank you and I hope you can help.

Hello again,
I tried to update MBA it said there was an error so I just reinstalled the whole program and that seems to have the most recent update (definition 2297). But anyways I got the remaining logs to show you.

Can you please do the following.

You will have to disable Spybot's Teatimer before we begin, as it will interfere with the fix. To do this can you start Spybot and go to the Mode button and select Advanced. Go to Tools > Resident and uncheck the box next to Tea-Timer. Make sure that the icon in the system tray is no longer there. If it is, just right click on it and select "Exit".
Download ResetTeaTimer from this link; ResetTeaTimer.zip
Double click ResetTeaTimer.bat to remove all entries set by TeaTimer.
Do not forget to re-enable teatimer when we are done .
If teatimer gives you a warning afterwards that some changes were made, allow this instead of blocking it.

Can you disable Windows Defender as it may interfere with the removal process. Please leave it disabled until your PC has been given the all clear.

• Open Windows Defender
• Click Tools
• Click General Settings
• Scroll down to Real Time Protection Options
• Uncheck Turn on Real Time Protection (recommended)
• After you uncheck this, click on the Save button
• Close Windows Defender

When i doubleclick resetteatimer.bat, a black box comes up titled C:\windows\system32\cmd and then says "Unsupported version. Press any key to terminate...Press any key to continue..." Am I doing something wrong here or does that mean it reset?

From the looks of it everything seems to be running better. Got any suggestions for good free security programs? Right now I use avast, spyware, and adaware, but I was wondering if there was anything better/more reliable out there.

I am using Comodo AV and firewall and like it a lot. Avast is very good as a free AV, but has no firewall. I prefer a 3rd party firewall over M$'s product.
Adaware is dated imo and you should be running something like MBA-M instead.
